Oak Park Temple's Yiddish singing group, Mameloshn, is dedicated to preserving and maintaining Yiddish culture through the beautiful music created in past generations.
Yom HaShoah Holocaust Commemoration on Thursday, April 16 at 7:00pm - 8:15pm at Brookdale
Every year Mameloshn Yiddish Song Group from Oak Park Temple presents songs, readings and artwork to remember the Holocaust, the six million Jews who perished and those who survived. Tapestries inspired by these songs and created by Berit Engen will be presented. The program will be at Brookdale Oak Park formerly known as Holley Court Retirement Community.
